We are devoted to the personal health of Sleep Apnea patients and focused on the comfort and success of their sleep therapy while working in partnership with their physicians and health care givers.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and grow our business in the Fort Worth/Dallas (DFW) area. This Sales role is a great opportunity to grow with the company and a fantastic opportunity to meet and work directly with lead Physicians and work with sleep labs, cardiologist, pulmonologist, ENT's and Family practice.

We provide exceptional training to develop both knowledge in the medical field and advanced selling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through prospecting and in person visits and in-services to potential referrals.        

  • Developing relationships with new clients - you'll be in daily contact with Physicians, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and referral coordinators.

  • Assist patient care teams and patient education in our local stores and any sleep-related events.

  • Develop growth in assigned sales territory in a competitive market proactively seeking business opportunities.

  • Support internal teams with paperwork and insurance requests.

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission

The CPAP Sleep Technician Branch Manager will work with clinical and administrative employees to program sleep apnea devices and distribute related medical equipment. The candidate will work with medical and financial information and must display a high degree of honesty and dependability and have a clean driving record. The position requires a resourceful individual with excellent customer service skills, ability to manage a small team, inventory management, patient care experience, office environment proficiency and teamwork abilities to get the job done.   • Answered clinical questions regarding patient’s equipment.

  • Sleep coaching on equipment

  • Balance register and be primary key holder

  • Coach teammates on reaching all store goals and sales

  • Create private pay and insurance sales orders

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions

  • Document all patient contact utilizing data systems

  • Adhere to compliance under insurance standards

  • Organize and restock supply closet and check in new equipment
