Our mission is to provide top quality equipment that meets or exceeds the standards of the industry, providing excellent customer service, full instruction and education on all equipment and accessories. We are devoted to the personal health of Sleep Apnea patients and focused on the comfort and success of their sleep therapy while working in partnership with their physicians and health care givers.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and grow our business in the Fort Worth/Dallas (DFW) area. This Sales role is a great opportunity to grow with the company and a fantastic opportunity to meet and work directly with lead Physicians and work with sleep labs, cardiologist, pulmonologist, ENT's and Family practice.
We provide exceptional training to develop both knowledge in the medical field and advanced selling skills.

Responsibilities
Generating new business through prospecting and in person visits and in-services to potential referrals.
Developing relationships with new clients - you'll be in daily contact with Physicians, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and referral coordinators.
Assist patient care teams and patient education in our local stores and any sleep-related events.
Develop growth in assigned sales territory in a competitive market proactively seeking business opportunities.
Support internal teams with paperwork and insurance requests.

Base salary + commission

Full-time: Branch Manager - DME / Medical Device (Fort Worth, TX)
Job description:
The CPAP Sleep Technician Branch Manager will work with clinical and administrative employees to program sleep apnea devices and distribute related medical equipment. The candidate will work with medical and financial information and must display a high degree of honesty and dependability and have a clean driving record. The position requires a resourceful individual with excellent customer service skills, ability to manage a small team, inventory management, patient care experience, office environment proficiency and teamwork abilities to get the job done. Experience in the medical field is a plus. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
Qualifications :
Detailed oriented, quick learner, excellent customer care aptitude with professional conduct. We are looking for a personable Store Manager with strong communication and organizational skills. Minimum qualifications include, 2 years of team leadership and customer services experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office applications.
Responsibilities:
Dispense medical equipment according to Physician's prescription(s) (Training will be provided)
Teach Patient proper use and comfort techniques
Carefully adhered to Physician’s orders, NPSG, JCAHO standards and HIPAA regulations
Communicate with Doctor's office and medical staff
Inspected, clean, test and maintained respiratory therapy equipment to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
Set equipment controls to regulate the flow of oxygen, positive air way pressure.
Distribute breathing equipment such as oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen, CPAP, AUTO CPAP, BIPAP to patients.
Answered clinical questions regarding patient’s equipment.
Sleep coaching on equipment
Manage a small team and coach them on equipment and retail sales
Manage inventory on prescription and retail items
Balance register and be primary key holder
Coach teammates on reaching all store goals and sales
Resolve clinical problems.
