SD Card Data Transfer Instructions.

Retrieving your card data

Steps will vary based on your computer’s Operating System.

  1. When instructed, safely remove the SD card from your AirSense 10 machine.

  2. Insert your card into an SD card reader connected to your computer.

  3. On your computer, locate the SD card Drive contents

  4. You may select all card contents (or just the files and folders listed below, if you prefer to be selective with what you send):

    • SETTINGS folder

    • Identification.crc

    • Identification.tgt

    • STR.edf

  5. With those contents selected, carefully create a compressed ZIP file copy on your computer (not on the SD card itself). Never move or alter the contents of the SD card itself.

  6. Once the operation is complete, safely remove the SD card and return it to your PAP machine. It should have the same contents you began with.

Uploading your card data

Follow the prompts to upload the ZIP file you created, and submit your file.

Once the data has been successfully received by CPAP Services, you no longer need the ZIP file you created on your computer.
